• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you can exchange it for the correct product.
• Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• To initiate an exchange, you must provide us with a full parcel opening video showing the defect or error.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will only be issued for defective or incorrect products.
• Refunds will only be issued after the customer has provided us with a full parcel opening video showing the defect or error.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the video.
• The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear.
